The Reset Retreat at 42 Acres

The Ultimate Reset: meditation, connection, nature

19th–22nd June, Somerset

Meditation

A profoundly nourishing retreat where you’ll experience the ultimate Reset. Deep meditations, Rounding, gentle yoga, journaling and Vedic knowledge talks. Powerful tools to rest your system; get past the noise, arrive at a state of inner mental quiet and tap into your inner reservoir of energy and creative potential.

Connection

One of the biggest benefits of a retreat are the connections you make. Meditate together, share experiences, learn from others and sit around the campfire with fellow meditators. Lifelong friendships form within a welcoming and communal experience.

Nature

Set in the stunning regenerative estate of 42 Acres in the Somerset countryside. 173 acres of wild spaces – ancient woodland, rewilded meadows, and a 7-acre lake. Enjoy outdoor swims, the woodland sauna, walks in the woods and quiet time reflecting in nature.

Incredible knowledge, fantastic company and luscious food, in an amazing place. A sublime and nourishing weekend.

Elegant simplicity in the heart of nature

42 Acres offers understated style and refined comfort, from converted barns and modern cottages to a serene lakeside boat and spacious bell tents. With a range of options to suit different budgets, each setting has been consciously restored and furnished with sustainable, locally sourced materials. Powered entirely by renewable energy, these spaces are designed to preserve the natural beauty of the surroundings.

Explore the land

This unique setting is cultivated to mirror nature, creating productive, self-sustaining ecosystems. Thousands of native trees have been planted alongside orchards, edible hedgerows, and vibrant gardens.

Immerse yourself in this beautiful landscape—wander through woodlands, take a dip in the lake, unwind in the woodland sauna, or discover the magical treehouse. Meditate in the traditional Mongolian yurt and gather around the campfire at dusk.

Nourishment

Much of the produce comes straight from 42 Acres’ own permaculture garden, organically cultivated in harmony with nature’s rhythms. Our private chefs craft a vibrant, seasonal menu showcasing natural flavours, and celebrating the simple joy of eating fresh food direct from the land.

Praise for past retreats...

A tremendous few days. I learnt important stuff, and felt I moved forward big time.

Such an amazing retreat.  It was a really wonderful time and I’m so grateful to Jillian and Michael for making it such a special experience.  I really didn’t know what to expect and I’m so glad I just went with the flow and let things unfold.
