As we grow with meditation it quickly becomes a fundamental tool in our lives. Stress dissolves rapidly, energy levels pick up and consciousness expands. We feel better, clearer and calmer.
With this upgrade, we start to notice aspects of our life that are unsustainable. We see what’s working and also what’s no longer relevant.
This is the point when we’re ready for more knowledge. New ways of challenging the status quo. Techniques to refine and uplift thinking and behaviour. Tools to identify redundant habits and irrelevant ways of seeing the world.

The Bliss Technique
You will be instructed in a Special Technique called The Bliss Technique. This technique is practised for a few minutes at the end of meditation and is designed to speed up the integration of bliss in daily life.
Life is bliss. It is eternal wisdom, eternal existence. Life finds its purpose and fulfillment in the expansion of happiness.

Prerequisite
This knowledge course is open to anyone who has learned Vedic Meditation.
You must have learned in-person with a qualified instructor.
