Advanced Techniques

Special Courses & Workshops
Meditation Reboot Workshop

Reboot, recharge and re-inspire your practice. If you’ve been feeling a bit off with your meditation, or you haven’t been meditating as much as you’d like, then join us in person for this 2-hour intensive workshop. You’ll come away with a clear strategy and practical tactics for fitting meditation into your busy life, and feeling confident you’re doing it correctly.
Rounding Immersion: A Weekend Intensive

An opportunity take your meditation practice to the next level. The weekend focuses on a technique called Rounding — a simple series of yoga poses (asanas), followed by a breathing technique (pranayama). This easy to learn and can be practised by anyone. Enhancing the restfulness of meditation and increases the release of deep stress.
Veda108 Knowledge Course

This will be the third offering in the Veda108 series – making Vedic knowledge relevant and practical for everyday life.
Special Vedic Techniques Course

In this course we teach a Special Vedic Technique to deliver extra support for those who regularly experience heightened emotions and sensations as a result of deep-rooted stress and trauma. For some meditators, when past stress and trauma is deeply ingrained, it can lead to a spillover of stress release that impacts our day-to-day life. This is when it can be beneficial to add an additional technique to facilitate smoother progress. This Special Vedic Technique is practised for a few minutes alongside your regular twice-daily practice of Vedic Meditation.

If you’ve learned to meditate but have gone off the rails, we can meet up one-on-one and get you back on track. We’ll get really specific about your particular meditation challenges and come up with tailored solutions.

Sometimes you have stuff you want to talk about in private. In these sessions we can discuss anything: relationships, health, diet, work, life purpose. Our goal is to get you unstuck and in a position to take action and be your best self.
