“And the all-important, post-meditation cortisol results? I’m now waking up with much lower levels – in the ‘normal’ range, in fact –and while it’s still high during the day, it’s much more regulated and stable (think a smoother, more gentle curve on the stress graph), which is motivation in itself. So, while we set about battling the other stress-inducing world problems, I’m glad I’ve got meditation in my armoury – and would highly recommend you add it to yours too.”
