Meditation Course for 11-15 year olds

Vedic Meditation helps children and teenagers in so many ways by reducing anxiety and stress, improving attention and memory, and integrating brain development.

As a result, they’re happier, healthier, more grounded, better at learning and more capable of balanced communication and behaviour.

Course Structure

  • The course consists of two in-person sessions over two days in a row: 1 hour each day.
  • Each child will bring a piece of fruit and a flower with them on the first day.
  • They will learn their mantra and be instructed in how to use it on Day One.
  • The parent/ guardian who meditates must accompany them on the first day.
  • On the second day, the child will be dropped off – their parent/ guardian does not attend this session.

 

who is this for?

  • Your child must have expressed a clear interest in learning to meditate. Please don’t push them into this. It will only create resistance over the long term.
  • At least one parent, close relative or carer of the child must be regularly practising Vedic Meditation.
