Rounding Immersion

  • The weekend focuses on a technique called Rounding — a simple series of yoga poses (asanas), followed by a breathing technique (pranayama).
  • Easy to learn and can be practised by anyone.
  • Enhances the restfulness of meditation and increases the release of deep stress.

 

 

 

Weekend Intensive: what’s involved

  • Friday evening: Join us for a workshop to learn how to Round, or to refresh your understanding.
  • Saturday: You’ll follow a Rounding programme at home in the morning. In the afternoon, we’ll meet for a Group Round and a deep dive into the mechanics and impact of Rounding.
  • Sunday: After your home Rounding programme in the morning, we’ll come back together in Notting Hill Gate for a Group Round and more Vedic knowledge.

  • Great for both beginners and more experienced meditators.
  • No yoga expertise needed to learn these asanas.
  • Learn to fit Rounding into your routine.
  • Already know how to Round? This is a great refresher.

Prerequisite

Open to anyone who has learned Vedic Meditation in-person over four days with a qualified instructor.
