What is Vedic Meditation? 

Vedic Meditation is the oldest and most researched technique in the world. A few minutes with the eyes closed each day delivers a state of rest deeper than sleep. As a result, stress and fatigue dissolve. Brain functioning optimizes. Creativity improves. All in an easy and effortless way.

How to learn? 

The first step is to join a free 1-hour Intro to Meditation talk. You’ll learn:

  • who we are and how we teach
  • why Vedic Meditation will work for you
  • how it’s different from other styles such as mindfulness
  • what the science and research say about meditation

Once you’ve been to the talk, you can sign up for the in-person Vedic Meditation Course. The course is four sessions over four days in a row. Each session is about 90 minutes in length.

Step 2

Once you’ve attended the Intro Talk, you can join the in-person Vedic Meditation course in Copenhagen.

The course is four sessions over four days in a row. Each session is 90 minutes.

Jillian Lavender & Michael Miller

 

Jillian Lavender and Michael Miller are two of the most experienced teachers of Vedic Meditation in the world.  Co-founders of London and New York Meditation Centers, they have taught thousands of people to transform their lives.  Their work has taken them to seven continents — teaching private clients, in group settings, and with companies in fashion, tech and finance.  Jillian’s first book, Why Meditate? Because It Works. has been featured in The Guardian, The Times, and Vogue.  Michael hosts the podcast Speaking of Meditation, with guests including functional medicine pioneer Dr Frank Lipman and Zoe App founder Tim Spector.

Both Jillian and Michael come from corporate careers — Jillian a CEO of a global publishing company based in Paris, Michael an executive in the entertainment industry in LA.  They both recognized immediate improvements when they learned Vedic Meditation and were inspired to share this knowledge with others.  They met in India in 2005 and have been working and teaching together since.
